The NEX GEN is an LIDC subgroup created in 2021. It is currently composed of members from Belgium, Brazil, Czech Republic, the UK and Switzerland. In line with the LIDC’s objectives and areas of focus, we aim to provide a forum for scientific debates on current and emerging topics in the legal world. Moreover, the NEX GEN focuses on attracting young and new members to the LIDC, strengthening informal contacts between members from around the World and participating in the communication of the LIDC’s activities and congresses.
