Nina is a qualified lawyer since 2018. She has extensive experience in European Union and Belgian competition law, including cartel cases, abuse of dominance, merger control, and compliance programs. She also has solid expertise in commercial law, particularly in distribution and franchising. After working for nearly 7 years in Brussels, she now practices law at Marimón Abogados in Madrid, advising domestic and international clients in sectors such as retail, consumer goods, sports, telecommunications and media, as well as in proceedings before competition authorities and courts. Master in Law of the Université Catholique de Louvain-la-Neuve, as well as a Master in International Law, Foreign Trade and International Relations from the Instituto Superior de Derecho y Economia in Madrid.
