During this webinar, our speakers will explore the interplay between employment law and competition law. From a comparative Europe/United States/United Kingdom perspective, they will analyze issues related to the exchange of sensitive information between employers, wage‑fixing practices, as well as no‑poach and non‑compete clauses. Our speakers will present the latest positions of the authorities, the associated legal risks, and compliance best practices, to provide practical guidance for legal, HR, and compliance teams.
