Karin has extensive experience in IP enforcement and unfair competition ligitation and related regulatory issues. She has been representing clients before the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EU IPO), the Czech Industrial Property Office, the Czech State Office for Drug Control and Czech courts. She is also experienced in IP-licensing (mainly trademarks, software and know-how). Karin has particular knowledge of the regulation of pharmaceuticals and medical devices. She also provides practical advice on compliance issues, data protection and IP infringement in the pharmaceutical and food industries.
