Jennifer was born in England, studied law in Germany and has been Head of the Berlin Office of the Wettbewerbszentrale since 2003. The Wettbewerbszentrale has a judicially authorised right to prosecute unfair commercial practices. Jennifer is however not only envolved in enforcement measures (injunctions by class action), but is also responsible for political and international affairs related to unfair competition. She is co-chair of the LIDC Working Group on Unfair Competition.
