The whole work of the Congress will be held at the House of Industrie (Das Haus der Industrie), Schwarzenbergplatz 4, 1030 Vienna.

The official language used during the work of the Congress is English.

Accompanying Persons
A special program is organized that is open to all accompanying persons on Friday and on Saturday morning including lunch on both days. If you are bringing a companion who is interested in taking part in this program, please contact lidc2025@oev.or.at for more information.
Hotel
We were able to reserve 60 rooms for the international participants in the period 09.10.2025 – 12.10.2025 in the Hotel at the Concert Hall – MGALLERY VIENNA (more on “HOTEL AM KONZERTHAUS”) very close next to the Congress Venue (3 minutes walk) with the Deadline 31.07.2025.
This hotel is also ideally located for the Gala Dinner (to be booked additionally) on Saturday evening at the Vienna Concert Hall.
The special price for a room per night is EUR 240 for one person and EUR 270 for two persons (breakfast included).
