The entire work of the Congress will take place in the House of Industry (Das Haus der Industrie), Schwarzenbergplatz 4, 1030 Vienna.

Accompanying Persons
For all accompanying persons there will be a special program on Friday and on Saturday morning, including lunch on both days, for a fee of EUR 600. The first day is themed “Vienna, from the Beginnings to the Strauss Family” and includes a guided tour in English through the recently completely reconstructed “Museum der Stadt Wien” (City Museum of Vienna), a lunch in the museum restaurant and a three-dimensional show for 90 minutes on the topic “200 years Johann Strauss” in the afternoon. On the second day there will be another interesting guided tour with the motto “Vienna, from Baroque to Art Nouveau” with a walk to St. Charles Church and the famous Art Nouveau houses at the Naschmarkt by Otto Wagner and his Majolica House, followed by a lunch in a fascinating Café nearby.
Accompanying persons can also take part in the evening programmes on Thursday (Welcome Cocktail and Nex Gen Event), on Friday (Flying Buffet at the Gloriette), Saturday (guided tour and Gala Dinner at the Vienna Concert Hall with an additional fee of EUR 30) and the morning programme on Sunday (excursion to the museum at Belvedere Palace followed by a lunch at Restaurant Stöckl in the park with an additional fee of EUR 30). Please note that special registration is required for each of these events also for accompanying persons. Hotel
We have been able to reserve 60 rooms for the international participants in the period 09.10.2025 – 12.10.2025 at the Hotel at the Concert Hall – MGALLERY VIENNA (more on “HOTEL AM KONZERTHAUS”) very close to the Congress Venue (3 minutes walk) with the Deadline 31.07.2025. This hotel is also ideally located for the Gala Dinner (to be booked additionally) on Saturday evening at the Vienna Concert Hall. The special rate for a room per night is EUR 240 for one person and EUR 270 for two persons (breakfast included). From the 61st room there is a further contingent of 20 rooms, but then a higher amount of EUR 260 (double occupancy EUR 290) will be charged.
