Object of the T&C\u2019s<\/strong><\/p>

The Ligue Internationale du Droit de la Concurrence – LIDC organises an annual international congress (Congress) each year under the responsibility of a National Chapter (Organiser).<\/p>

The present terms and conditions apply to the registration and participation to that Congress.<\/p>

Obligation of the registrants<\/strong><\/p>

By registering to the Congress, the registrants agree to be bound by the present terms and conditions, to comply with the specific rules and follow the specific instructions that will be put in place and communicated by the Organiser for each specific Congress.<\/p>

Price and Payment<\/strong><\/p>

The price to be paid is indicated during the registration process and depends on the formula\/package chosen by the registrant and on the date of the registration (early bird versus regular rate).
The price is indicated without VAT. If VAT is applicable, the amount will be indicated during the registration process and the final total price shown before payment.
The payment can be made by bank transfer or online.
Registration will only be deemed complete once the payment is received by the LIDC.<\/p>
